3 Favorite Diffuser Recipes
Hello again lovelies!
Let’s talk about a popular, easy, and effective way to use essential oils. Diffusing oils is a great way to reap their benefits! They cleanse the air, relieve stress, improve your mood, and can improve your sleep. This is by far my favorite way to use essential oils, but it can seem like a daunting task. Where do you start? Which oils do you use? How many drops of each oil?
I got you!! Today, I am sharing my current 3 favorite diffuser recipes I am keeping on repeat!
In the morning and throughout the day, I like to diffuse my calm and uplift diffuser recipe. This is a combination of white angelica, valor, and jade lemon. When I put it in my diffuser I feel happy, calm, and ready for the tasks of the day! White Angelica is a blend that creates positive vibes. It uplifts and relaxes your thoughts and emotions. Valor is one of my all time favorite oils!! It encourages relaxation and refocus, as well as courage to continue your day or challenge. Jade Lemon is a inviting and uplifting scent. 3 oils that do wonders by themselves, but are just even better together!
The next two are very similar, but I really love the spicy cinnimon smell so here we go! Hehe!
I like to diffuse my sugar and spice diffuser recipe all day everyday. This is a combination of Stress Away, Cinnamon Bark, and Clove. This blend is one that just smells oh so good! You know how sometimes you smell something and then you want to smell it more and all the time? This is that for me. Clove is such a special smell for me because growing up we would put cloves in oranges, so it just brings me back to my childhood and all of those good memories. Clove is a soothing and warm scent. It is also a really great antibacterial and has many health uses. Cinnamon Bark is another sweet, spicy, and warm smell. Stress Away is a great oil for relaxation and grounding. These together is a wonder happy winding down recipe.
My last, but not least favorite diffuser recipe is warm blanket. This is similar to the sugar and spice diffuser recipe except, instead of the clove oil, there is tangerine. This recipe has tangerine, stress away, and cinnamon bark. They smell pretty similar except the tangerine give this blend a little more of a clean, citrus, and uplifting smell. This really gives the feel of wrapping up in a cozy blanket at the end of a long day and just gives you so much comfort.
There you have it! My top 3 diffuser recipes! I hope you enjoy and they bring you as much joy as they bring me! Let me know what you think in the comments. Do you have a favorite diffuser blend or recipe that you like to use? If you do, share it in the comments! I would love to know what they are!
